Private Investors Omega Investments provides two services to private investors. Firstly, the detailed research and due diligence required to justify purchasing a property in a mining town that is set to experience strong capital growth due to an impending infrastructure project. Secondly, a list of recommend properties that are located in mining towns exposed to large infrastructure projects or properties within NRAS. Mining Town Report: A comprehensive that will give you everything you will need to justify purchasing a $300,000-500,000 property in a regional town or port that is selected using a detailed database of over 300 infrastructure projects (which lists the total capital expenditure, peak work force, on going workforce, stage of project and so on). This report is prepared in light of the investor's preference for a town that is already positive cash flow (eg, 7%+ yields) or one that has lower yields but very strong capital growth potential. The cost for one of these reports is $5000 and also provides 3 or more recommended properties within the town. A deferred joint venture fee of $1,000 will apply to each recommended property that you purchase but not to any other properties in the town that you decide to purchase. Recommended Properties Report: Excludes the majority of the comprehensive research but contains all the key points you need to know and also details 7 or more 'recommended' properties within particular mining towns and/or areas with NRAS properties. Note, Omega Investments is not a buyers advocate (and does not hold a real estate agent's licence), so recommend properties are not specific to your individual circumstances. The report provides quality research and recommended properties that Omega Investments consider to be attractive investments, with the rationale for these properties outlined.
